To make your lodging experience reliable, easy and fast, we offer safe and secure online lodging reservations.

Please fill out the form below if you are a new customer, have not boarded your pets with us for one year or more, or if your information has changed (address, vet, etc.). Otherwise, feel free to use our streamlined reservation form.

Standard Reservation Form

Upon completion and submission of your reservation form, you will then be taken to a payment page. A Non-refundable deposit is required on all first-time reservations and is due at the time the reservation is made. Your reservation will not be confirmed until a deposit is made. Requested dates may not be available, especially during holiday periods, so your reservation is not confirmed until we have gotten back to you. Your deposit will be refunded if your requested time is not available.

Lodging Policy Agreement

Please read our Lodging Policy Agreement carefully. As part of our requirements for lodging your pet, you need to read and indicate agreement to our Lodging Policy.

It is the policy of Peninsula Pet Lodge, Inc to offer conscientious, affectionate and individual care of each pet left in our care. We provide them sanitary, clean and safe lodging. Guests will be fed regularly according to the owner's instructions. Medications will be administered as provided for and directed.

If your pet should become ill or have other problems, which in the opinion of the management, require medical attention, you will be notified at once. If notification is not possible, or if the state of your pets condition demands quick action, we will secure immediate veterinary care.

If at all possible, we will use the pets own veterinary, but in some cases this is not possible; then we will use our on call veterinarian or an emergency clinic. Medical expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the pets owner and are payable at the time of the pets release from Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc.

All pets must enter the facility clean, free of fleas and parasites. If fleas are found, then the pet shall be bathed and the owners responsible for the charges. In addition, we require veterinary certification of vaccinations on all pets entering Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc.

Pets entering this lodging facility give Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc permission to use both still pictures and motion picture video of this pet (s) for both promotion and demonstration purposes. The product of these videos or stills could be shown at both Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc locations and possibly as an advertising tool. I release Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc from any liability associated with these tools. If I choose to rescind this release, it must be done in writing and can be done for any reason and at any time.

Owner further agrees that the pet shall not leave Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc until all charges are paid for by the owner.

It is expressly agreed by owner and Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc, that Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc's liability shall in no event exceed the lesser of the current chattel value of a pet of the same species or the sum of $500.00 per animal boarded. The owner further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts of behavior of said pet while it is in the care of the Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc.

Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc shall have, and is hereby granted, a lien on the pet for any and all unpaid charges resulting from lodging pet at Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc. The owner hereby agrees that in the event the lodging charges are not paid when due in accordance with this agreement, Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc may exercise its lien rights upon ten (10) day written notice given by Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc to the owner by certified mail to the address shown on the agreement. Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc may dispose of pet for any and all unpaid charges in the sole discretion of Peninsula Pet Lodge Inc, and the owner specifically waives all statutory or legal rights to the contrary.

I further understand that all pets are received and released only during regular business hours.

After form submission, you will be taken to a secure payment page where a deposit must be made for first time reservations only, $60 for a dog, $35 for a cat. You will also be given the option of entering information for additional pets.
