Boarding Requirements
Dogs
- Vaccination against Distemper/ParvoVirus given within the last 3 years, or following the protocol designated by your vet
- Vaccination against Rabies, as the law requires, depending on the age of the dog.
- Vaccination against Bordetella (Kennel Cough) given in the last 6-12 months, following the protocol designed by your vet.
- We give insulin, allergy and hormone shots to our guests who are on that medical regiment.
Cats
- Vaccination against Upper Respiratory, Leukemia, and Rabies. Contact your veterinarian for their advice on when to get their inoculations.

Peninsula Pet Lodge - Boarding Contract:
Peninsula Pet Lodges requires you to fill out our contract before your pet can be boarded. There are two ways to do this online. You may download and print the contract, then bring the completed contract with you when you check in. To download, click on the link below.
You can either download and print the Boarding Contract OR you can speed up your “Check In” by filling out the contract online and submitting the form to us so it will be filed in our system when you check in.

- I would like to speed up my “Check In” by submitting the Boarding Contract online.
Payment:
A credit card number is required to secure a boarding reservation. Payment is required in full at the time of discharge. We require a deposit for first-time clients, long-term boarding and reservations made for a holiday. If you need to change or cancel a holiday/vacation period reservation, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance, or cancellation fees will apply. Changes or cancellations to a non-holiday/vacation period reservation must be made three days in advance or cancellation fees will apply.
We accept payment in the form of cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
